Join this Unforgettable Christian Cruise to Alaska with Third Day and Max Lucado
We are very excited to be joining you in Summer of 2012 on an Alaskan Cruise. We have been working very hard to give fans the best experience and make them feel like this is an all out Third Day cruise! We will be all over the ship during our time at sea and there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy special Third Day performances as well as hang out with the band! Keep your eyes and ears open for some special announcements and appearances throughout the week!
For Third Day, being able to cruise alongside our fans is a huge honor. In large part because it’s a huge ship! - but mainly because so many fans have decided to commit there week to being with us out at sea. We always look forward to playing our music and connecting in a deeper way with our fans. The icing on the cake is that we get to bring our families along with us! - David Carr
We have done a couple of cruises before and had a great time, and now that we get to be involved in the planning of the cruise, it’s been a lot of fun for us to create more opportunities to get to know our fans. - Mac Powell
We’re very excited to provide our fans with the kind of experience they won’t find any where else. Between the intimate performances, meet and greet opportunities, and good ol’ hangtime, we are looking forward to getting to know you better as you get to know us. - Tai Anderson
We have done several cruises in the past, but this one promises to be the best one yet. We look forward to spending several days on the high seas with our family, friends, and fans. We’ll get to see some of the most beautiful scenery in the world during the day, and rock out every night. We’re especially excited to travel with our good friend Max Lucado, who brings words of wisdom, inspiration and encouragement. Come join us - this is a once in a lifetime opportunity you won’t want to miss! - Mark Lee

Dear Friends,
Most folks tend to return to the places and activities that produce great memories and enrich our lives, and the Lucados are no exception. Denalyn and I are returning to Alaska next summer for the third time! No kidding—we’ve taken an Alaskan cruise the past two summers and we can’t wait to do it again in July 2012.
This time, we want you to come along with us. Imagine spending a week cruising through the heart of God’s most amazing creation—‘calving’ glaciers, soaring mountains, leaping whales, and eagles as abundant as south Texas quail. It’s an invitation to nature’s remarkable playground.
And that’s just the tip of the glacier! Imagine enjoying this great adventure with Christian artists Mac Powell and Third Day! This outstanding band will lead us in praise and worship throughout the cruise, along with award-winning singer and songwriter Trevor Morgan and worship leader Matt Maher. On top of that, my good buddy Dave Stone from Southeast Christian in Louisville will lead our morning devotions. I’m looking forward to sharing messages from my book Fearless.
So come along with us! And bring your family and friends. A once-in-a lifetime adventure like this is meant to be shared.
And we can’t wait to share it with you!
Your friend,
Max Lucado
PS. 100% of the honoraria from this cruise will help support the ministry of UpWords.

Meet These Special Guests During Your Exceptional Travel Experience
Max Lucado loves words—written, spoken, it does not matter. He loves to craft sentences that are memorable, inspiring and hopefully life-changing. In almost 25 years of writing, more than 65 million books filled with his words have been sold. Max is the only author to have won three Christian Book of the Year awards—in 1999 for Just Like Jesus, in 1997 for In the Grip of Grace, and in 1995 for When God Whispers Your Name. In 2005, Reader’s Digest magazine dubbed him “America’s Best Preacher” and in 2004, Christianity Today magazine called him “America’s Pastor.” The product line for 3:16—The Numbers of Hope sold more than four million units worldwide, including one million units of the cornerstone trade book of the same title (released in September 2007), making it the fastest selling Lucado product in his career. His works have appeared on every major national bestseller list including Publishers Weekly, USA Today, The New York Times, Evangelical Christian Publishers Association, and Christian Booksellers Association. He has been featured in countless media outlets and national broadcasts. Max’s writings have been published in a wide array of formats including adult books, gift books, children’s titles, Bibles, commentaries, calendars and devotionals. He is also the author/creator of “Max Lucado’s Hermie & Friends” brand family, one of the most popular animated DVD series in the marketplace, with more than 5 million units sold to date. His words have also inspired a branded line of greeting cards and gift books for Hallmark/Dayspring that has sold more than 15 million copies since its 2001 debut.
