Join this Unforgettable Christian Cruise to Alaska with Dr. David Jeremiah and Turning Point Ministries
Donna and I are excited about the opportunity to share this refreshing and relaxing cruise to Alaska. We will see first-hand many of the wonderful splendors of God’s creation. Imagine visiting a place where the majesty of His handiwork lives like nowhere else on earth—where glaciers slide from the untamed wilderness into waters filled with animals of all sorts. It’s so stunning it will take your breath away!
We will spend seven nights cruising in luxury aboard Holland America’s beautiful ms Westerdam. From exciting port to exciting port we’ll see quaint, little seaside towns and sprawling cultural centers—but just sitting on deck watching the beauty of God’s handiwork as it floats by will create never-to-be forgotten memories.
Marshall Hall will delight us and inspire us with his amazing voice. There will also be a time of praise and worship with our special friend, Ian Oakley. Comedian Dennis Swanberg is joining us and will make you laugh until you hurt with his clean, family friendly comedy that inspires. You’ll also delight in the dramatic presentations from the characters you see on Turning Point Television, including the hilarious couple, Dan and Jan. I will be teaching from the Bible each day to encourage you as we grow together—all in our very own private meeting room and in a special section of the dining room. We’ll forge friendships that will last forever and grow our roots in God’s Word even deeper.
Donna and I are eager to meet you and share together in wonderful times of fellowship with your family and friends on this exciting Turning Point event and would certainly enjoy sharing these seven exciting days at sea with you. We can’t wait to meet you on the first evening of this cruise!
Sincerely,

David Jeremiah
Meet These Special Guests During Your Exceptional Travel Experience
Marshall Hall was born on December 30, 1970 in Lexington, KY. His mother played piano at church, and his dad was a singer. The family’s life was centered on the church and their faith. After high school, Marshall followed in his father’s footsteps and attended Anderson University in Anderson, IN. Marshall was asked to sing for a project at Gaither Studios, after that, he quit his job at a furniture store and began working as a studio singer full time. As a session vocalist, Marshall started singing background vocals on records and jingles for several national clients, including McDonald’s, Long John Silver’s and Head and Shoulders. In 2003, he released a solo studio album, Wisdom of Fools which included two songs which were used by Point of Grace in their album I Choose You. In January, 2004, Marshall became the new baritone for the Gaither Vocal Band. He was a part of three of the Vocal Band's studio albums including Give It Away, Lovin' Life and Christmas Gaither Vocal Band Style. In 2009, he decided to leave the group to pursue a solo career and join the Mountain Park Community Church in Phoenix, AZ as their worship pastor. Beginning September 9 2012, Marshall joined the staff at Shadow Mountain Church in El Cajon, CA as worship pastor.

Ian was born in London, England. In 1994, he moved to San Diego to attend Point Loma Nazarene University. He graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition. He joined the staff of Shadow Mountain Community Church in the fall of 2004. Ian began playing the piano at the tender age of four. He has become a well recognized musician in the international Christian community. He has traveled to some sixty countries on five continents around the world. Ian’s music is an eclectic, progressive fusion of the musical stylings of gospel, classical, jazz and blues. Consequently, the appeal of Ian Oakley easily extends across racial, cultural and generational boundaries.

If laughter is truly the best medicine, then Dennis Swanberg, America's "Minister of Encouragement" is just what the doctor ordered. With his down-home charm and heaping helping of hospitality, this Austin, Texas born pastor-turned-comedian has won the hearts of audiences across the country. Raised in what he calls a "mostly blue-collar, but sometimes ring-around-the collar" family during the fifties, that old black and white television in the corner of the living room became an important part of making Swanberg the success he is today. "Most moms yell at kids to go outside and play", he remembers with a laugh, "My mom would say, 'you sit there and watch that television - your daddy worked so hard for it!'" her "encouragement's" paid off. One of the first voices the future impersonator nailed as a child was his television hero, Barney Fife, from The Andy Griffith Show. The story is typical of Dennis' ability to take everyday life with its ups and downs and turn it into an act that's more than just an act. As a motivational speaker, teacher, preacher, author, counselor, TV personality, and humorist, Dennis Swanberg knows just what it takes to make life a more pleasant road to journey down - with a laugh or two along the way. His routines regularly include hilarious send-ups and his own family life, both as a child growing up in Texas and as a husband and parent today to his wife Lauree and two young adult sons, Dusty and Chad. Rivaling anyone who's ever set foot on the Tonight Show stage, Swanberg's list of impersonations include Don Knotts, Pat Butram (Mr. Haney of Green Acres), Walter Brennan, Howard Cosell, Muhammad Ali, Ronald Reagan, Billy Graham, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Forrest Gump, Slim Pickins, John Wayne, Ross Perot, Jimmy Stewart, Bert and Ernie and a host of other Sesame Street characters and many more. Add to all that talent, a man with a heart of gold whose biggest joy is seeing others happy and you'll discover the magic that is Dennis Swanberg.

CRUISING GLACIER BAY (July 23, 7:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.)
As Biosphere Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Glacier Bay National Park; protects a unique ecosystem of plants and animals living in concert with an ever-changing glacial landscape. How does it feel when a monumental chunk of ice splits off a glacier and crashes into the sea? The sound is like thunder. The impact shoots water hundreds of feet into the air. You hold your breath as you catch the moment on film. Then you wait for it all to happen again. And it does. Glacier Bay has more actively calving tidewater glaciers than anyplace else in the world.CRUISING GLACIER BAY (July 23, 7:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.)
