It felt as if we were in their living room sharing in a family gathering
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
We were totally amazed with the whole experience. The cruise FAR exceeded our expectations. The Gaithers put on two programs a day but they made each concert special for the group attending. It felt as if we were in their living room sharing in a family gathering yet each performance was so professional. Do they ever need to practice? The pianist was fantastic and NO music! All the performers were so down to earth and gracious. The highlight for me was Angela Primm's rendition of Days of Elijah at the Farewell Concert. The statement "No God Like Jehovah!" will forever bring tears to my eyes. We can't wait for our next cruise!

WOW we truly enjoyed ourselves.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
This was my wife and my's first MercyMe at Sea cruise. WOW we truly enjoyed ourselves. All three Christian groups (Tim Timmons, Hawk Nelson and definitely MercyMe) were fantastic. The personality of each group was very welcoming to take photos with our camera phones. GOD blessed each and everyone of them. Thank you Inspiration Cruises & Tours for showing us such a good time.

Our spiritual lives came into very clear focus.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Our cruise with Dr. Chuck Swindoll to Tahiti was an adventure worthy to be experienced. The ministry offered each evening was very inspiring for us as a married couple. We benefited from this time together in that our spiritual lives came into very clear focus. We would recommend anyone who would like to experience a change in their lives to come along on a journey with Inspiration Cruises. You will be enriched greatly.

He blessed me twice that day - once to have a room (though it meant a cancellation for someone else) and a second time when Lori was there to provide fantastic service! Because of this, I WILL book additional trips with your company. Hopefully, the first will be a retirement celebration with my sister this year or next. I wanted you to know because this whole situation was righted so quickly and we had the most wonderful weekend. It was absolutely amazing! Thank you for organizing an amazing event where everything happened like clockwork from the buses to the concerts to the farm….I could go on and on…. but also THANK YOU for employing great people like Lori!
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
This message is long overdue! I attended the Amy Grant Tennessee Weekend this past October with Inspiration. I purchased the weekend pass only, as the hotel + weekend package was sold out. I made a separate reservation with Embassy Suites in Franklin, one of the two host hotels. When we arrived at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, I was informed that the hotel had overbooked rooms even though I received a confirmation several weeks beforehand. We were told that we would need to relocate to another hotel property. The desk manager (cannot recall his name) was quick to hand me a letter to take to the overflow property he had made an agreement with. It was a quick conversation and I felt as though he was quickly trying to shuffle us off. It only took about 10 minutes for it to sink in and I was not very happy, particularly since we had not received any communication prior to our arrival that there was a problem. I went back to the desk and asked for the Hotel Manager. His first name was Wade and I must say throughout the rest of our conversations, he was extremely nice and professional. He explained that typically on bookings, the hotel plans for some cancellations from the non-tour groups, but in this case that just did not happen, thus causing the hotel to become overbooked. Though I understood, I explained that we would need to get transportation to the Embassy each time there was an event and be sure that we planned accordingly as to not run late. Additionally, with the cost of the trip, this was just not acceptable. His hands were tied and he assured me that we would get transportation and that there would be no room cost due to the inconvenience. I have never had something like this occur with a hotel. I was so upset! After a few more minutes, I thought well, Inspiration is the travel agency so I am going to their table to see if by any chance there has been a cancellation. I am so glad I did! I met your employee Lori, briefly relayed the situation and she said I believe we may have a room! Indeed, someone had to cancel which left a paid for room available for us! She quickly went to work and with 10 minutes she had everything set! The story doesn't end here though. She walked with me to the desk and when a female staff member at the front desk tried to help us, she was quickly moved "out of the way" so the desk manager I had originally dealt with could help us. Lori handled the situation beautifully and told him that she had a cancellation and wanted me to have the room. He was basically rude and argumentative. He then said I'll be right back and left us at the desk for several minutes alone. At this point, we both clearly understood this manager was doing this on purpose and had simply left us to wait. Wade, the Hotel Manager, walked up and wanted to know if everything was being taken care of and Lori pointed out that we had been left alone at the desk and that the manager seemed to have an attitude problem. Wade went to the back and I would guess had a conversation with him because my room was squared away in 5 minutes :). This is a long recollection, I know, but I have never experienced something like this from within the hotel industry. Wade was great and made sure the room was squared away and we chatted later that week. He agreed that a simple communication to someone who books a room is all that it would have taken to let us know there was an issue. Lori's handling of this very difficult situation was extremely professional and was in every way great customer service. Not only was she kind and helpful, but also acutely aware of the manager's poor attitude and games he was beginning to play because he did not want anyone overriding his decision. She handled him professionally but firmly when we approached him with the open room and he informed her that we couldn't do that! She knew we COULD do that and I was so glad she was there beside me to handle him! Lori said, God has blessed you when I first asked for her help, as she was aware of the cancellation. But He blessed me twice that day - once to have a room (though it meant a cancellation for someone else) and a second time when Lori was there to provide fantastic service! Because of this, I WILL book additional trips with your company. Hopefully, the first will be a retirement celebration with my sister this year or next. ...my very first mission trip was one that changed my life forever.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
As I've had time to reflect back on our week it's been very clear to me that my very first mission trip was one that changed my life forever.

I get an overwhelming feeling when I realize that I led people to Christ and I want to continue sharing the gospel here in the states.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Thank you Inspiration for praying for this cruise and for all the hard work that you did to make it a success! I had to go “cheap” and booked one of the quint roomshare rooms and was not sure what to expect when I arrived on the ship. My room with the other 4 ladies had an awesome spirit and we even had prayer time together! I get an overwhelming feeling when I realize that I led people to Christ and I want to continue sharing the gospel here in the states. I am going to contact the 700 Club to let them know what I experienced and encourage them to contact Inspiration and/or PraiseFest to set up a time to do a show on Cruise with a Cause. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

This was our first trip to Israel and we booked the trip just six weeks before. So you can imagine that we were a little nervous about such a huge endeavor, but from beginning to end, it was evident that every detail had been thought out and planned. Our bus tour guide was excellent, we learned a lot from him. The sites were amazing and so well planned that we never had a crowd around us, even though we had eleven buses on this tour, for a count of about 500 people. We went on our own, didn't know anybody, but soon found out that through Christ, we are all family. We would seat with different people at different meals and shared the glory of all that we were experiencing.

We would seat with different people at different meals and shared the glory of all that we were experiencing. My husband and I never stopped praising God for causing us to book this tour with such an amazing and professional company as Inspiration Cruises and Tours, honestly. We had friends that had gone to Israel two years before and didn't come back with too many good memories because of the lack of planning, so we so wanted to have a good experience, and we did! The memories we brought back will never diminish, they are implanted in our hearts. We are an older couple so we know full well what a well planned itinerary is and we can recognize the hand of God when we see it. Suffice it to say, that our hearts are fully satisfied with all of it. By the way, the food was excellent, such an array of choices. Inspiration Cruises and Tours actually has several of their personnel at the tour site and they are there to help you, more friendly and helpful people you could not find. As a matter of fact, I asked for information after I came back from the tour, and even that they provided. Where do you find that kind of interest and service? If I could rate with five stars, I would rate them with ten!

Our trip...was nothing but fun and exciting. Even seating was worked out to let everyone have a front row seat at least twice.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Hello: I'll start by saying that no one can make a trip and be 100% happy with everything. People forget to enjoy the experience and overlook minor problems. Our trip with inspiration cruises and the Gaither Homecoming group was nothing but fun and exciting. Even seating was worked out to let everyone have a front row seat at least twice. I will give some tips for first timers like myself. 1. Sign up and pay for your cruse no later than 8 months ahead of time. 2. Pick a room close to the middle of the ship and I found out the deck where the life boots are is perfect. you have access to go completely around the ship without climbing stairs or using elevators. It also has chairs for sitting and watching or photo shoots. But a Balconey room is great to. 3. Pay extra for before and after ship boarding and departing. You are picked up at your motel or airport in a limo and your bags are taken away at the dock and you escorted right up on the ship. At departing, you go through customs and are pick up quickly by the limo service and taken to your flight or motel. 4. Book a motel room coming and going if you can because the time schedules between the air lines and the ship can get you stranded in Seattle. Take a flight in one day early and stay over one day. Really, what's the hurry. 5. The food is great, but watch out, it is GOURMET and very yummy and rich, something most people are not used to and I almost made myself sick by over eating the first day. The upper deck cafe is open almost all the time so take it easy at first. Very little English spoken by the crew, so ask for yellow, white, bread, simple words that they hear all the time. 4. Last but not the least, book all your off shore excursions after you get on the ship. They will be automatically charged to your room and you receive a ticket to do each excursion. After the cruse, you receive an itemized bill from the ship to pay. it was great. We only carried $500.00 with us as spending money and came back with $400.00 after the trip. You don't (have to carry a lot of cash). But I will say that my wife and I got the experience of a life time. the scenery was great the people were great on and off the ship and we really enjoyed ourselves. I would do it again. Lloyd Stark

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
We had a wonderful time, as we experienced the beauty of God's creation as well as the fellowship of many of wonderful Christian people who have become life-time friends. We plan to travel with them again on land (those from around our dinner table.) We also appreciated the ministry of the word from both Charles and Andy Stanley. The main reason we scheduled this cruise was to hear the Collingsworth Family however, and we were disappointed that they did not sing more often. Some of the other music groups that DID perform were not to our liking and they performed many times, even repeating selections and by their own admission it was because they were "out" of music. Also there were some days that there were few "events" scheduled and on other days when we visited a port we also had as many as three events as well. We would have preferred to have things more evenly spread out. The food and accommodations were excellent and we were well cared for by the cruise staff. We have done many cruises but never with Holland American before. Their ships are not as fancy, but the staff was top-notch.
