Meet These Special Guests During Your Exceptional Travel Experience
First elected to the Sixth Congressional District in 2006, former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, who currently serves on Family Research Council’s board, was the first Republican woman to be elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from Minnesota. Her focus in Congress was on national security, intelligence and foreign policy. She served on the House Permanent Committee on Intelligence, giving her a role as overseer of the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency and the rest of the U.S. intelligence community. She has visited the Middle East over 20 times, at times as part of a congressional delegation. The former congresswoman speaks professionally across the world, most recently in Jerusalem where she gave the keynote address for the 50th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem during the six-day war.
