I suppose there is an outside chance that you have already forgotten those you have most recently traveled with but even if that is the case with me I still want to let you know that I think you do your job well. You keep the groups organized and make it look like your job is effortless tho it is a talent to make it appear as such when it is quite the contrary. Your planning of the entertainment on this cruise was excellent. The people you brought on for entertainment were fantastic, a very spiritual experience. We totally enjoyed all of them and they were all so friendly when we found them off stage. I was surprised that Dr. Stanley was able to be out and about so much greeting and talking with people, it would have worn me out. The excursions we took at each port were all great except for one but the others were so fantastic and there always as to be "one".
