Just got back from the Israel Tour with Turning Point and it was great. Everything was handled well. The places we stayed were great the meals were wonderful and the times together with Dr. Jeremiah, Hoppers, Gordon, Mote and Marshall Hall were so up lifting.

Just want to say thanks to all who planned it and for all the work they do to make the tour so great. I will tell anyone who is planning to go to go through the group. God Bless you and you keep up the great work. Thanks again.

Now that we know what we’ve been missing, it will be hard to consider any cruise opportunities without a spiritual emphasis.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
My husband and I deemed this our “Best Vacation Ever.” The Gospel Music Celebration Cruise to the Caribbean was like stepping on the shores of heaven for a week! Thank you so much for the opportunity to board early and receive a “sneak preview” of the entertainers we were about to enjoy that week. What a blessing! It was great to also meet some of the Inspiration Crew who traveled with us and made the event flow so smoothly. This was cruise #7 for Roger and me, but the first coordinated by Inspiration. Now that we know what we’ve been missing, it will be hard to consider any cruise opportunities without a spiritual emphasis. And we are busy promoting your next offerings of the same type of cruise to all our friends!

We will always remember the excursions and the unimaginable aqua waters.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Tahiti with Charles Swindoll... We eagerly looked forward to our fourth trip with Chuck Swindoll and Inspiration Cruises. The attention to detail has always been evident and this trip was no exception. The choice of WindStar cruises was excellent and they provided a high quality staff and service...as well as a great destination of French Polynesia. We will always remember the excursions and the unimaginable aqua waters. The Wind Spirit was a beautiful ship...definitely a home away from home....and the surprise meals and experiences were a thrill to behold. The entire vacation was a wonderful memory and we look forward to another adventure with Inspiration Cruises.

No longer will I read biblical accounts without recalling my own footsteps while visiting the Holy Land...
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Perspective! That’s what changed when my wife and I traveled to Israel. Looking at a map vs. actually visiting biblical sights just won’t compare. Seeing the locations firsthand where the Bible describes the events that have changed recorded history is life changing. No longer will I read biblical accounts without recalling my own footsteps while visiting the Holy Land and knowing the exact terrain and proximity to other landmarks allowing me to better understand the Word of God that much clearer. Perspective…mine has changed.

I was specially blessed with our tour guide, Schmulick, his knowledge; patience with our group was extraordinary. But most of all, I give thanks to my Lord and Savior for providing all that we needed, protection, safety and much needed sermons by our Pastor Bob Coy.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
"I just got back from Calvary Chapel’s Tour of Israel. I just want to let you know that your services from beginning to end, where absolutely perfect. You bend over backwards to satisfy all my plane accommodations and your choice of tours in Israel with Sar-El was unique.
I commend your staff and the staff of Sar-El. I was specially blessed with our tour guide, Schmulick, his knowledge; patience with our group was extraordinary. But most of all, I give thanks to my Lord and Savior for providing all that we needed, protection, safety and much needed sermons by our Pastor Bob Coy. I hope you can share my appreciation to all involved. Hoping to plan my next trip, soon, with you, to God’s land. Meanwhile, I shall pray for your staff and for the peace of Israel."

He blessed me twice that day - once to have a room (though it meant a cancellation for someone else) and a second time when Lori was there to provide fantastic service! Because of this, I WILL book additional trips with your company. Hopefully, the first will be a retirement celebration with my sister this year or next. I wanted you to know because this whole situation was righted so quickly and we had the most wonderful weekend. It was absolutely amazing! Thank you for organizing an amazing event where everything happened like clockwork from the buses to the concerts to the farm….I could go on and on…. but also THANK YOU for employing great people like Lori!
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
This message is long overdue! I attended the Amy Grant Tennessee Weekend this past October with Inspiration. I purchased the weekend pass only, as the hotel + weekend package was sold out. I made a separate reservation with Embassy Suites in Franklin, one of the two host hotels. When we arrived at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, I was informed that the hotel had overbooked rooms even though I received a confirmation several weeks beforehand. We were told that we would need to relocate to another hotel property. The desk manager (cannot recall his name) was quick to hand me a letter to take to the overflow property he had made an agreement with. It was a quick conversation and I felt as though he was quickly trying to shuffle us off. It only took about 10 minutes for it to sink in and I was not very happy, particularly since we had not received any communication prior to our arrival that there was a problem. I went back to the desk and asked for the Hotel Manager. His first name was Wade and I must say throughout the rest of our conversations, he was extremely nice and professional. He explained that typically on bookings, the hotel plans for some cancellations from the non-tour groups, but in this case that just did not happen, thus causing the hotel to become overbooked. Though I understood, I explained that we would need to get transportation to the Embassy each time there was an event and be sure that we planned accordingly as to not run late. Additionally, with the cost of the trip, this was just not acceptable. His hands were tied and he assured me that we would get transportation and that there would be no room cost due to the inconvenience. I have never had something like this occur with a hotel. I was so upset! After a few more minutes, I thought well, Inspiration is the travel agency so I am going to their table to see if by any chance there has been a cancellation. I am so glad I did! I met your employee Lori, briefly relayed the situation and she said I believe we may have a room! Indeed, someone had to cancel which left a paid for room available for us! She quickly went to work and with 10 minutes she had everything set! The story doesn't end here though. She walked with me to the desk and when a female staff member at the front desk tried to help us, she was quickly moved "out of the way" so the desk manager I had originally dealt with could help us. Lori handled the situation beautifully and told him that she had a cancellation and wanted me to have the room. He was basically rude and argumentative. He then said I'll be right back and left us at the desk for several minutes alone. At this point, we both clearly understood this manager was doing this on purpose and had simply left us to wait. Wade, the Hotel Manager, walked up and wanted to know if everything was being taken care of and Lori pointed out that we had been left alone at the desk and that the manager seemed to have an attitude problem. Wade went to the back and I would guess had a conversation with him because my room was squared away in 5 minutes :). This is a long recollection, I know, but I have never experienced something like this from within the hotel industry. Wade was great and made sure the room was squared away and we chatted later that week. He agreed that a simple communication to someone who books a room is all that it would have taken to let us know there was an issue. Lori's handling of this very difficult situation was extremely professional and was in every way great customer service. Not only was she kind and helpful, but also acutely aware of the manager's poor attitude and games he was beginning to play because he did not want anyone overriding his decision. She handled him professionally but firmly when we approached him with the open room and he informed her that we couldn't do that! She knew we COULD do that and I was so glad she was there beside me to handle him! Lori said, God has blessed you when I first asked for her help, as she was aware of the cancellation. But He blessed me twice that day - once to have a room (though it meant a cancellation for someone else) and a second time when Lori was there to provide fantastic service! Because of this, I WILL book additional trips with your company. Hopefully, the first will be a retirement celebration with my sister this year or next. How Inspiration and the Swindolls take over 600 people to Israel-feed, lodge, teach, encourage them in their faith is truly amazing!
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
Believers study and hear about Israel and that "there is nothing like going to the Holy Land". Then, our brains kick in and we start thinking of all the reasons why we cannot go-time away from work, finances, fear of travel for some, and other responsibilities that we all have-the list can go on and on. Once over the "going" decision and the commitment to go (it is a commitment, but what in life worth doing is not?) what organization do you trust to lead you on potentially the greatest travel experience of your lifetime? And, whom do you go with? Dave Peterson our tour director for Inspiration Cruises & Tours led our Israel tour in March 2012 and confidently reminded us to relax and enjoy the experience. We did! Insight for Living led by Chuck and Cynthia Swindoll have cast the vision for years to allow others to experience Israel together. How Inspiration and the Swindolls take over 600 people to Israel-feed, lodge, teach, encourage them in their faith is truly amazing! But then again, so is He who planted the seed in our hearts to take the risk to go. I'm so grateful we did.

It was an unforgettable experience.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRATION:
I want to let you and Landon know how much we appreciated your help in getting a balcony room on the Eurodam for Jan 19 to 26. I did take Phil Collingsworth a can of Canadian Tim Horton coffee in appreciation also. The program was wonderful--20 plus hours of music in one week. The visits and testimonies were most encouraging to all. Then, getting to know the various groups and chatting with them was the extra. The food was good and the staff most helpful. Our table assignment for the 8 pm evening meal was great. From the first evening together the eight of us had a wonderful time. Other nearby tables came over following the meal to ask us why were we having so much fun and laughter and they were so surprised to learn that we all just met there the first night. It was an unforgettable experience. So thanks to all your staff and the many hours that go into planning these trips. We are now looking forward to another one.
